Viewing Audit Logs
Audit logs track all significant actions in your campaign, helping you understand who made changes and when.
What You'll Need
• Admin permissions
Accessing Audit Logs
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings → Security → Audit Logs.
The audit log displays all significant campaign actions
What's Logged
• User logins and logouts
• Team member additions and removals
• Role changes
• Data exports
• Settings changes
• Bulk operations
• Campaign plan modifications
Reading Log Entries
Each entry shows:
• Timestamp - When the action occurred
• User - Who performed the action
• Action - What was done
• Details - Additional context (what was changed, affected records, etc.)
• IP Address - Where the action originated
Filtering Logs
• Date range - View logs from a specific period
• User - Filter by team member
• Action type - Filter by category (logins, data changes, etc.)

Exporting Logs
Click Export to download logs as CSV for compliance or review purposes.
