California ballot tracker

Live California ballot returns aggregated from county registrars across the state. The tracker shows total ballots tracked, breakdowns by method (mail, early in-person, Election Day), party mix, and per-county totals where reporting is live.

California Elections Code §3017(c) requires counties to track and confirm receipt of vote-by-mail ballots and make that status available to the public. Pulsar Campaigns aggregates those public feeds for all 58 counties so campaigns and the public see one statewide view.

Final tallies are certified by each county and the California Secretary of State after Election Day. Until then, the tracker is a turnout-shape signal — useful for understanding pace and demographic mix, but not a result forecast.
