How to Change Your Password

Regularly updating your password helps keep your account secure. Here's how to change your password in Pulsar.

What You'll Need

• Your current password

• A new password (at least 8 characters, with mixed case and numbers)

Changing Your Password

Go to Settings

Click your avatar → Settings → Security.

Click Change Password

Click the Change Password button.

Enter Current Password

Type your current password to verify your identity.

Enter New Password

Enter your new password. It must be:

• At least 8 characters long

• Contain at least one uppercase letter

• Contain at least one number

Confirm New Password

Re-enter your new password to confirm.

Enter your current and new password

Save Changes

Click Update Password.

Use a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords for each of your accounts.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your current password:

• Log out of Pulsar

• Click Forgot Password on the login page

• Enter your email address

• Check your email for reset instructions

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page if needed
