Accessing Email Preferences

Go to Settings

Click your avatar → Settings → Notifications → Email.

Types of Emails

Campaign Updates

• Daily digest of campaign activity

• Weekly summary reports

• Milestone achievements

Operational Alerts

• New team member joins

• Shift signups and cancellations

• Data import completions

Compliance & Billing

• Filing deadline reminders

• Payment receipts

• Subscription changes

Frequency Options

• Immediately - Real-time notifications

• Daily digest - One email per day summarizing activity

• Weekly digest - One email per week

• Off - No emails for this category

Choose how often you want to receive each type of email

Important

Critical security and billing emails cannot be disabled. These include password reset requests and payment failures.
