Setting Up Keyword Automation

Keyword responses let you define a reply for an incoming text keyword.

• Open Keyword Responses.

• Enter a keyword, its automatic response and any opt-in disclosure the form requires.

• Save the response and use its active toggle to control whether it is enabled.

Keyword responses do not configure tag, list, field-update or staff-notification actions. Confirm texting is active for your campaign before relying on a keyword.
