How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your Pulsar password, you can reset it using your email address. Follow these steps to regain access to your account.

Click Forgot Password on the login page

Reset Steps

Go to Login Page

Visit pulsarcampaigns.app/auth.

Click Forgot Password

Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form.

Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Pulsar account.

Check Your Email

Look for an email from Pulsar with the subject "Reset Your Password".

Password reset email with secure link (expires in 1 hour)

Click Reset Link

Click the reset link in the email. It expires after 1 hour.

Create New Password

Enter a new password that meets the requirements:

• At least 8 characters

• At least one uppercase letter

• At least one number

Use your new password to log into Pulsar.

Create a strong password meeting all requirements

Email Not Arriving?

• Check your spam/junk folder

• Add noreply@pulsarcampaigns.app to your contacts

• Wait a few minutes - emails can be delayed

• Try requesting another reset email

• Verify you're using the correct email address

Link Expired?

Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. Simply request a new reset email.

Still Locked Out?

If you can't reset your password:

• Verify you're using the correct email address

• Check if you registered with a different email

• Contact support for assistance
