Managing Payment Methods

Keep your payment information up to date to ensure uninterrupted access to Pulsar. You can add multiple payment methods and set a default for automatic billing.

View and manage all your saved payment methods from one page

What You'll Need

• Campaign Owner or Admin permissions

• Valid credit or debit card

Viewing Payment Methods

Navigate to Billing

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.

You'll see:

• All saved payment methods

• Default payment method (marked with a badge)

• Last 4 digits and expiration date for each card

Adding a Payment Method

Click Add Payment Method

Click the Add Payment Method button.

Enter Card Details

Enter your card information:

• Card number

• Expiration date

• CVC/CVV code

• Billing ZIP code

Enter your card details in the secure Stripe-powered form

Save Card

Click Save Payment Method. A small authorization hold may appear and be released.

Pro Tip

Add a backup payment method to prevent service interruption if your primary card expires or is declined.

Setting Default Payment Method

The default payment method is used for automatic subscription charges.

Find the Card

Locate the payment method you want to make default.

Set as Default

Click the menu (⋮) and select Set as Default.

Updating a Payment Method

To update card details (like expiration date):

Remove Old Card

Delete the outdated payment method.

Add New Card

Add the updated card as a new payment method.

Important

You cannot directly edit a saved card. You must remove it and add the new card details.

Removing a Payment Method

Find the Card

Locate the payment method you want to remove.

Remove

Click the menu (⋮) and select Remove.

Confirm

Confirm the removal. The card will be immediately removed from your account.

Note: You cannot remove your only payment method while you have an active subscription. Add a new method first.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• You'll receive an email notification

• We'll retry the payment after a few days

• Update your payment method to resolve immediately

• After multiple failures, access may be suspended

Payment Security

Your payment information is secure:

• Card details are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor

• Pulsar never stores full card numbers

• All transactions are encrypted

Your new payment method is saved and ready for billing
