Calling from Pulsar is rolling out
Click-to-Call, which places calls from your browser, is built but not yet generally available. We're turning it on for campaigns in stages.

Phone Bank Modes
Manual Dialing
Volunteers dial numbers manually from their own phones. Best for:
• Small volunteer teams
• Remote volunteers
• Personal follow-up calls
Click-to-Call
Volunteers click numbers in Pulsar, which places the call from their browser:
• Faster than manual dialing
• Automatic logging
• Needs a computer with a microphone or headset

Getting Started
Create a Call Script
Go to Phone Bank → Scripts to create talking points for volunteers.
Build a Call List
Target voters for calling based on support level, location, or other criteria.
Schedule a Phone Bank Session
Set up a time when volunteers will call together (virtual or in-person).
Assign Volunteers
Give each volunteer their portion of the call list.
Make Calls and Log Results
Volunteers call voters and record results in Pulsar.
Practice First
Have volunteers practice with each other before calling voters. Role-playing builds confidence.
