Accessing Field Analytics

Navigate to Field Analytics

Go to Intelligence → Field Analytics or access from Canvass → Analytics.

Shift Completion Rate

Percentage of scheduled shifts that were actually worked. Tracks no-shows and cancellations.

Average Shift Duration

How long volunteers typically spend on a canvass shift. Helps with planning and scheduling.

Doors Per Hour

Average number of doors knocked per volunteer hour. Key efficiency metric for your operation.

Contact Rate

Percentage of doors knocked that result in a conversation. Influenced by time of day, day of week, and turf characteristics.

The shift summary panel shows aggregate metrics for your selected time period.
