How to Update Your Profile

Keep your profile information up to date so your team can easily identify and contact you. Your profile appears across Pulsar wherever your activity is shown.

Click your avatar to access your profile settings

Accessing Your Profile

Click Your Avatar

Click your avatar or name in the top right corner of any Pulsar page.

Select Profile

Click Profile from the dropdown menu.

Updating Profile Information

Display Name

Edit Your Name

Click on your name field, update it, and save. This is how you appear to teammates.

Profile Photo

Upload Photo

Click on your avatar and select Upload Photo. Choose an image file (JPG, PNG, under 5MB).

Pro Tip

Use a recognizable headshot so teammates can easily identify you in activity feeds and comments.

Contact Information

• Email - Your login email (change requires verification)

• Phone - Optional phone number for account recovery

Saving Changes

Click Save Profile at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately.

Click Save Profile to apply your changes
