How to Export Donation Data

Download a CSV of donation records from Fundraising.

Open Fundraising and select Export CSV. The download starts with the available fixed fields: donor name, donor email, amount, donation date, source and recurring status. This export is not a compliance filing. For a contribution review worksheet, use the relevant tool in Compliance and have your treasurer review it.
