Getting Help and Support

Use Pulsar's Help Center or contact form when you need assistance.

Search the Help Center first. To contact support, open the help contact form and enter your name, email, category, priority, subject and message. Include the relevant page, what you tried and the error text in the message. The form does not accept screenshot attachments.
