Set Reminder Notifications
Configure when you'll be reminded:
• 1 week before deadline
• 3 days before deadline
• Day of deadline
• When 80% of goal is reached
Work Backward
Start with Election Day and work backward to set intermediate milestones. This ensures your pacing supports your ultimate goal.
Tracking Progress
For goal-based milestones, Pulsar automatically tracks progress:
• Fundraising milestones - Connected to donation data
• Voter contact milestones - Connected to canvass and calling data
• Volunteer milestones - Connected to team member count
The milestone card shows:
• Progress bar (percentage complete)
• Current value vs. target
• Days remaining until deadline
• On-track or at-risk indicator
At-Risk Milestones
Milestones turn yellow when progress is behind pace, and red when severely at risk. Address these immediately to get back on track.
