Setting Up Your Organization
Organizations let you manage multiple campaigns from one place. Perfect for PACs, parties, consulting firms, or anyone running more than one campaign.
When to use Organizations
• You're running multiple campaigns (e.g., a party committee)
• You want shared team access across campaigns
• You need organization-level reporting
• You're a consultant managing clients
Creating an Organization
Start Organization Setup
During onboarding, select "I'm managing multiple campaigns" when asked about your intent. Or from the dashboard, go to Settings > Organization > Create Organization.
Enter Organization Details
Fill in your organization information:
• Organization name - e.g., "Progressive PAC California"
• Type - PAC, party, consulting firm, advocacy group
• Logo (optional) - Appears on the dashboard
Confirm and Create
Review your information and click Create Organization.
The Organization Dashboard
Once created, your organization dashboard shows:
• All campaigns as cards with key metrics
• Combined metrics across all campaigns
• Organization-level team management
• Billing for the entire organization
Adding Campaigns
From the organization dashboard:
• Click Add Campaign
• Follow the Campaign Wizard (same 7-step process)
• The new campaign is automatically linked to your organization
Pro Tip: Campaign Templates
When creating a new campaign in an organization, you can optionally copy settings from an existing campaign to speed up setup.
Organization Team Management
Organization members can be granted access at two levels:
• Organization-level - Access to all campaigns in the organization
• Campaign-level - Access to specific campaigns only
Go to Organization Settings > Team to manage organization-wide access.
Switching Between Campaigns
Use the campaign switcher in the sidebar to move between campaigns. Organization campaigns are grouped together in the dropdown.
